This incredibly delightful little baby is sound asleep unaware of how adorable she is.  A blue butterfly is keeping her company as she happily naps the day away, as babies do.  Crafted by Josef’s Originals, this 3 inch long and 2 1/2 inch tall handprinted beauty is in excellent condition given she is more than 50-years-old.  There is some light crazing and a little bit of wearing on the gold.  Remarkably though, no chips or cracks. That’s because her creator, Muriel Joseph George,  demanding nothing but the highest quality of works to be sold.  Her strict standards required all items be fired three times in the kiln.  This is why so many of her porcelain figurines are so well-preserved.  Making them highly collectible.
